@oliveegirl While I respect your patriotism, it doesn’t magically make the food better. Good national food is what you make out of it, and even most Egyptians foods are of Ottoman and Persian origin. Did we make our versions better? I doubt it.
Yet, for me, ful Levantine > Egyptian > Saudi
