@NASEMTRB I think the case could be made that the gap is in widespread implementation, not research. We have many effective solutions at our disposal, however they aren’t implemented to the level necessary.

@ebwhamilton @yitgordon It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out. My concern is that demand will overshadow supply (ref max 348 units/yr). This results in high prices, making them too expensive for the target demographic. Time will tell.
