Residents of Siberia are asking China for help and say they are even ready to learn Chinese

In Irkutsk, locals recorded a video address to Putin, complaining about a severe shortage of school places.

They asked the Russian authorities to turn to China with a request to finance the construction of a school. It seems they believe it is faster to get help from Beijing than from Moscow.

【香港で起きた衝撃の事件】
日本人AV女優3人を含む計65人が逮捕。1回あたり最大15万HKD（約300万円）の「肉金（売春報酬）」が設定されていた。

2024年11月、香港警察が大規模摘発「律風作戦」を実施。日本人AV女優3人を含む計65人（香港39人＋他国）を逮捕しました。

組織はTelegramなどのSNSでAV女優の作品画像を使って客引き。通常料金は数千〜数万HKD程度でしたが、ファンイベント後の特別ケースでは最高15万HKD（約300万円）という高額設定だったそうです。

「肉金」とは香港の報道でよく出てくる売春報酬の俗語です。

香港警察によると、約1年で組織の売上は約2000万HKD（約4億円規模）だったとのこと。日本人の「海外出稼ぎ売春」の実態が浮き彫りになった一件です。

AV新法と今回の事件の関係について
2022年に施行されたAV新法で、冷却期間が長くなり公表後1年間は無条件で契約を解除できるようになりました。

これにより制作会社がリスクを恐れて企画を減らし、特に中堅以下の女優の仕事と収入が大幅に減少したと言われています。

結果、国内でまともに稼げなくなった一部の女優が、海外での高額売春や地下ライブ配信などに流れるケースが増えていると、元女優や業界関係者から指摘されています。
さらに円安により海外での稼ぎが圧倒的に魅力的になったことも、香港や台湾への「出稼ぎ」を後押ししているようです。

新法は出演被害を防ぐための法律として制定されましたが、結果として「国内の仕事が減り、逆に一部の女優を危険な道に追いやってしまった」という声が業界内で強まっています。
