The FSU has joined forces with @BigBrotherWatch (BBW) to back two people arrested for holding signs that read “f*** Islam” at the Unite the Kingdom march in May. The pair were being investigated for potential breaches of the Public Order Act, with possible religious aggravation.

We received news today that the case against one of the individuals has been dropped following representations made by the FSU and BBW.

In a joint legal letter to the Crown Prosecution Service and the Metropolitan Police, we urged them to drop the case — pointing out that Britain does not have blasphemy laws and that it is not an offence to express hostility towards any religion.

We also cited the case of Hamit Coskun, who was accused of threatening public order after he burnt a copy of the Quran outside the Turkish consulate in London in peaceful protest against what he called the Islamification of his home country, Turkey.

The judgment made it very clear that the law distinguishes between the right to express hostility towards a religion and hatred towards people because of their religion. As Mr Justice Bennathan said: “The right to freedom of expression, if it is a right worth having, must include the right to express views that offend, shock or disturb.”

The UK is in the midst of a free speech crisis. We cannot allow the Government and the police to revive our censorious blasphemy laws — for Islam alone.

The misuse of public order legislation must stop. It is having a chilling effect on our right to free speech, our right to protest and our right to criticise ANY religion.

How dare this government be exploring potential tax rises on working Brits, while still allowing people to illegally enter this country en masse & expecting said tax payers to foot the bill. Many of whom btw don’t have a fraction of the luxuries provided to them that these men do.

Illegal migration is an absolute national emergency and I honestly don’t believe this government (nor any of the others who have also presided over this scandal) actually understand the public sentiment on this.

They are weak and spineless on this issue and think that gaslighting re hotels and “crossings” makes it better. It doesn’t.

Why on earth has a 16-year-old schoolboy received only 4.5 years jail for stabbing with an 8inch blade his history teacher on the head in a preplanned attack.
That attack in the classroom in February has meant teacher Vicky Williams doesn’t know if she will ever return to the profession.
And who could blame her.
Unbelievably the dim jury at Swansea Crown court cleared the boy of attempted murder but convicted him of wounding.
He had secreted the kitchen knife in his bag and had pretended he needed to see Ms Williams about his work when he suddenly struck.
He has never explained to anybody why he did it.
A number of points. He’s not entitled to anonymity. The law needs changing for serious charges.
He should have been convicted of attempted murder. Only luck saved Ms Williams.
His refusal to say why he acted should have been enough to throw the book at him. A mistake by the judge.

One of them had to get up and go to school the next day. Their Irish parents had literally nowhere else to go.

Meanwhile, thousands (and I mean thousands) of blacks, Muslims, Asian migrants flood our shores every month and get accommodated immediately.

It’s utterly despicable and infuriating.

Spain just released a man police caught in the act of r*ping a 22-year-old woman on Valencia’s Malvarrosa beach.

27-year-old illegal Moroccan construction worker. Dawn. He tore her dress off, covered her mouth, and r*ped her on the sand.

Four officers arrived while it was still happening. He ran. They caught him. He punched an officer in the face hard enough to send him to the hospital.

The victim gave a statement at the hospital.
Monday the judge let him walk because she hadn’t been located to “ratify” a formal complaint in court.

Caught mid-r*pe. Walking free the next day.
That is not a technicality. That is a system that treats a screaming woman on a public beach as optional paperwork.

Spain should be ashamed. Every woman in Valencia should be furious.

Now yet another SHOCKING court ruling took place in Sweden.

A man in his 20s was just set free after r*ping a 13 year old girl.

The court verdict said that the girl "looked considerably older than her age".

I'M LOST FOR WORDS.

Not long ago, the Swedish court freed another man that had r*ped a 14 year old girl in a park.

The court verdict said that the girl could "simply leave".

Something is very wrong in Sweden.
