Recent Incident :

A client asked me to certify Invt in Shed & Building for the purpose of Submission to Labour Department, Govt of Chhattisgarh to secure Factory License

I asked him to provide me with Accounts for which he declined since it wasn't ready.

I refused to give without Data.

To my surprise some other CA gave the certificate certifying it on the basis of Estimates.

Client's today are like if you can't certify some other CA will.

@muskansd98 ICAI must stop the 'Uncertainty' element in the exam pattern.. if ICSI can conduct exam and declare results on fixed dates why can't ICAI do it?

What a hypocrisy by practicing CA. firstly they were not giving d leaves to #castudents assuming the #PostponementOfCAexams then they r supporting non postponement bcoz they want articles to be back for ITR & now they r demanding extension of GSTR1. Such duality #caexams
