Good morning Dublin City.
The #Connectingartists2023 exhibition is at the RCSI until Tuesday if you would like to pop along and support this terrific programme.
It's indoors. So that's another positive.

Oh what a lovely Plenary last night!
A huge thank you to our hosts, to the Latvian choir, to our in-house poet, and to all our amazing members and Reps, who keep on growing, sharing, and giving their time to the #publicparticipationnetworks
Beautiful photos on their way 💚
It is truly amazing that is still in the "consideration stage". Time for action on this not words!!

Yes, violence is deeply disturbing. The lack of accommodation for refugees is the catalyst for these protests and violence. It's time the government takes responsibility and immediate action to address this issue.
The violence directed towards vulnerable people in Dublin city centre last night is deeply disturbing. There can be no excuse for such sinister intimidation.
4/4 Delighted that @anakinsella recognises that the residential potential of Dublin’s historic core needs to be realised if Dublin is to achieve its potential as a living city.
3/4 The @sgcra suggested a dedicated unit be established for this – but it is not considered a priority. The lack of residential ambition by our political and administrative leaders has led to the ‘doughnut’ development that deprives the city of its potential residential heart.
Congratulations Philly. While it is a great personal honour for you is also shows that schools are openly discussing topics now, which were very taboo in the 80s. Well done Department of Ed.
It is well worth considering if the piecemeal and uncoordinated street interventions can be better managed. I wonder are there overseas best practice models that could be imported?
Kudos to @JoeCostelloIE for displaying courageous political leadership. While there is a need for consultation, collaboration and proper communication with communities - the behaviour of this mob is just unacceptable.
