More than 1,000 randomized controlled trials have provided evidence that people living with cancer and in cancer remission profoundly benefit from exercise.
A new study found that high-intensity aerobic exercise reduced the risk of metastatic cancer by 73%.
Exercise is the new probiotic. Aerobic exercise may be one of the most effective ways to promote gut health and help heal intestinal issues.
Aerobic exercise increases butyrate-producing gut bacteria independent of diet. This reduces inflammation & promotes intestinal healing.
In honor of the 1 year anniversary of Malignant book, we are releasing a free, 10 lecture series on cancer, drug policy, & EBM

Defendant: “Yes, sir.”
Judge: “Or should I say, Dr. Green.”

➡️ Digital transition = Empowering our workforce with right skills
➡️ Data and information must be shared in more standardised way
➡️ Focus on scale up and transfer of innovation and good practices!
#Healthcare needs to be debated horizontally. Many sectors influence #health in Europe and I am glad to see that healthcare is surfacing higher on the agenda of the EU Institutions than previously
