Prime membership is to get faster delivery in 1,2 day. Despite being a Prime member, I am noticing most products available to me show delivery of 6–7 days, which defeats the core purpose of the membership. What additional value Prime membership is providing ?

I tried visiting branch several times, I had sent mails with multiple reminders.

The outcome shows the working culture of Indian Government operated banks, instead of linking another loan account, these illiterate peoples delinked my already linked home loan account.
