When your customer has been messed about & just needs to get on with it
So you take the roof off mid winter, prop the gable ends up & pray to God there aren't any strong gusts of wind until steels & a crane arrive a few days later to put it all back together. Squeaky bum time 😬

Not a common job, but here we filled in a swimming pool, ready to repurpose the space to a kitchen.
The pool room was at the back of a property so no access for tippers, our lads barrowed all the material in, and concrete had to be pumped just under 30m 😱 ready for tiling 😍

Do you have a floor that's a bit bouncy?
This customer did 4 rooms and it turned out that the floor joists were rotten due to poor ventilation and damp.
We damp proofed and replaced the rotten floor joists, making it safe, dry and taking the bounce out of the floor.

Just had a little de-ja vu about this hidden gem, found during a damp proofing job last year. This chimney breast had been plastered over and the original plan was to remove it but after we cleaned it up the customer decided to keep it, absolutely gorgeous!
