, an airline like BA with IT problems since 2 days ago ? I’ve been trying to change an Avios flight calling all day and they keep saying to keep calling they don’t know when the system is back . There’s 1 spot available with Avios and can’t grab it.
@DisneyD23 I was there plenty of time before . The queue kept changing the time so it was not consistent. If it very frustrated always to buy tickets for d23 event. I am a charter member and I am thinking of cancelling , no benefits at all.
@DisneyD23 Always a FIASCO @DisneyD23 , you queue system always with problems . When I was ready to enter the store to purchase there was a message saying that only preferred tickets were sold out (so technically all other tickets were available) everything was already sold out.
@octobermedia @d33ness72 @CenterPoint Believe me, Mexico has better things than the US and one of them is the electricity company as many other things. I've never heard in Mexico challenges like in the US to restore power. Just take some time to travel and don't believe everything outsie in the news or politicians.

@WDWGuestService IT told me in an email that they are aware of the issues and will be resolve in a future update . When ????? 6 days now with people with tickets that have Genie+ already and not working in all phones ??? Not able to see tip board as well? Ridiculous after 6 days with no update.
@WDWGuestService Genie+ service and Tip Board within My Disney experience App not working for many phones and iOS softwares. 6 days already and no app update. Many people can’t use Tip Board to select attractions and many not able to purchase Genie+ in app.
