We wanted to congratulate our PTA, Alicia, on running her first 100 mile race in Teanaway, WA last weekend. Alicia was able to make it 61.8 miles through 18,000 feet of elevation gain in the mountains before the race was cancelled due to thunder/lightning and flash flooding.
Today's #MotivationalMonday post features our own PTA, Alicia Jenkins. On August 3rd-4th she completed The Canadian Death Race, which is an 125 km trail race in the Canadian Rockies. All of our therapists are active people who understand how to deal with and treat injuries.

Performance Physical Therapy will be providing Sports Physical Therapy to the soccer athletes participating in the 28th Annual Toyota of Bellingham Baker Blast Tournament at Phillips 66 Soccer Park this weekend.
We are so excited to announce that we now have Blood Flow Restriction Therapy (BFR) at Performance Physical Therapy!
With BFR the patient can begin rehab much sooner, regain their strength to prevent atrophy, and get back to functioning in a fraction of the traditional time.
