Protostars & Planets VII belongs to a series of conferences to summarize the state-of-the-art in the field of star and planet formation. See you in Kyoto Japan.
@AAstrochemistry Today I had a seminar talk in the MPIA PSF Coffee Seminar🇩🇪, about our ALMA molecular line observations for the V883 Ori disk. Thank you very much for many questions and comments!

Dear #PPVII participants. The amarys system will close soon. If you need to download your receipt, please do it asap since it will not be available after. https://t.co/oI3HBTgUCO
#PPVII summary in numbers: 780 participants, 647 posters from 28 regions. Thank you to all the participants for the great science display! And thank you to the SOC and LOC who made it possible.
Molec #IsotopicRatios to understand the evolution of matter. Understanding how they evolve is key to interpret observations in planetary/exoplanetary atmospheres.
Better treatments of ice/dust chemistry & dynamics in PPDs models & more observations in diverse environments needed.
Masahiko Arakawa: Planetesimals were composed of pebbles. Streaming instability forms planetesimals of ~100 km, but direct collisions of pebbles or collisional disruption and re-accumulation are also possible. Large migrations in the disk. Multidisciplinary studies are needed
Tristan: Precise measurements with #JunoMission and #Cassini (deep atmosphere & interior), but convection in H-based abyssal atmospheres is not yet understood. Accretion is favored as a formation mechanism but what is accreted (gas/solids) & the role of mixing must be studied
Jack & William Borucki: The #KeplerMission has shown that most stars form #planets and that planets have been forming since the beginning of the Galaxy. Kepler has shown that even Earth-sized planets are common. Nevertheless, life's complexity may be a rarer phenomenon. #PPVII
Terrestrial planets start accreting first but finish last. Rocky planets form in hot magma states. Accreted metals and volatiles chemically equilibrate (core/mantle/atmosphere). Geophysical/Geochemical evolution is key. #PPVII
