While access to mifepristone has not changed, it should not be at risk in the first place.
Mifepristone helps patients make their own private medical decisions, and has expanded access to reproductive health care during a nationwide abortion access crisis.
Today, the Supreme Court of the U.S. announced it will consider a court challenge to the FDA's approval of mifepristone, one of two drugs commonly used in a medication abortion. You can still access Mifepristone in VT, ME, and NH.
We hope this holiday season brings you delicious treats and continued access to sexual and reproductive health care! SUGAR & SPICE AND REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS!
