@matchabrew something that has helped me in the past if you’re talking about struggling with appetite and fullness is more calorie dense stuff — i know a lot of the time those are fear foods but stuff even like larabars and protein shakes can help so much!
been home from school for a few days to focus on kickstarting recovery again and being with my family and even though i have a lot of guilt this has all been so relieving and i just want to be healthy again
i didnt post for a while because i was doing really well but the past few months i’ve been in a relapse and now i’m in very very early recovery steps from that — i won’t be posting a whole lot of food right away but recovtwt really helped me last year so i’m hoping it will again!

struggling with bad body image so bad. does anyone else feel their body hatred so deeply under their skin? like i feel so frustrated just existing in my body it’s horrible.
