@NikoBoretos @InTheAssembly I did that in 2009. Regretted it badly. I was in mutual funds then. I moved to individual stocks and more than made up for the loss many times over since then. Learning is painful and good learning is more painful but there is no substitute.

@SelVcrz @InTheAssembly There was a reason for the 08 crash. Bad mortgages bundled with other mortgages leading to bank losses. We don’t have that now and the economy is growing well. Interest rates have been high for so long now, banks are flush.
