Booked a railway parcel from Ranchi to Ajmer on 3rd Jan for an Army person (uniforms + Id cards ). Still not delivered. Tracking shows Dhanbad, but station says they never received it. Serious negligence @RailwaySeva. Need urgent action. #IndianRailways #ParcelLost

Parcel belongs to an Army officer who has already been transferred. Uniform and important belongings are stuck. Tracking shows “Dhanbad” but staff deny receiving it. Who is responsible for this loss? Please investigate immediately.
