Bought a @SamsungIndia AC from @RelianceDigital on 19th May. During installation, the sealed box had no remote. Raised complaint same day, but after weeks of calls and emails, only get new SR numbers and false promises. TAKE YOUR PRODUCT BACK AND REFUND. EXTREMLY DISAPPONTED
