@DRSAgarwal - such a bad customer service (GC 5034605). 7 of my personal items were broken. I bought a coverage of 1 lakh by paying 3000 more and your claims dept. wants to compensate 4k. Even worse - no one takes responsibility.

@OlaElectric But this one was for vahan otp and was asking me to buy personal accident cover. Can you confirm if above phone numbers are authentic Ola communications? It seems shady to talk with someone on a personal number via WhatsApp on disappearing message setting.
