@zomato I’ve received my cake order, yet the app still shows “will be delivered shortly.” That’s the least of the issue.
When I opened the package, the packaging was absolutely disgusting.

@zomato @zomatocare Extremely disappointing customer support from Zomato. After reporting a serious issue with my order, the response I got was simply to “rate the bakery” because kapparently they couldn’t do anything further.

5. I expect immediate action, including a full refund and an explanation as to how such vendors are allowed to operate on your platform.
