HDFC team first messed up my health policy by mentioning incorrect DOB, City and State. Now when I’m receiving a copy of policy with incorrect details they are saying the email is fraud. Even though email is from official email id. Looks like all their employees are high on some substance. your bank staff have completely messed up my health policy. @HDFCERGOGIC @HDFC_Bank They not only entered the wrong address, wrong house number, mentioned state as Himachal instead of Punjab, they entered wrong date of birth of my spouse. Invoice: 208147230400000. Is this is what you do with Imperia customers? HDFC is going to the dogs. How can you enter wrong info when everything is provided in writing?

#RTGS done from my @HDFC_Bank account of Rs 4 Lakh to my @UnitySFBank account on January 19, 2026 (UTR: HDFCR52026011959036393) has neither been credited, nor returned. It’s been close to 36 hours already. Both banks are not ready to take responsibility and accountability. How on earth can Rs 4 lakh RTGS disappear for more than 36 hours?
