So excited to see everyone's great work during #aoputc2020 Twitter Poster Conference! It's been an honour to work with Dr. Ritvo and Zack Kelly to study the Heart Rate Variability under Stress and Assisted Recovery at York University! Cheers to everyone for their contribution!
@HaightBrook Hey Brook! Thanks for reading my work! There are many longitudinal mindfulness studies which show positive effects in recovering from PTSD, multiple sclerosis, breast cancer and neuroticism as well. HRV and mindfulness is a great novel topic for longitudinal research.
@ClaireHallett9 Hey Claire! Thanks for reading my work. This HRV research can be used as a form of biofeedback as it uses MBSR to increase HRV in high to moderate anxiety group and a comparison low anxiety group. We used ECG and respiration belt to take our physiological measures.
