@elonmusk Same in Sector 13 Extension, Karnal; a tier-2 city in Haryana; @reliancejio doesn't provide its service, although @airtelindia does we're using it but it just sucks, after every 2-3 days the internet just randomly stops working, even after multiple complaints no action
Why do the people who sign the biggest cheques ignore your cold emails?
Because they're not reading them.
Under 40, they reply. Over 40, they trust a warm intro and a face.
Stop polishing the subject line. Find the person who can introduce you.
Why plan less on Mondays?
Planning feels like work but isn't. What I do instead:
Pick the one thing that moves the startup this week
Do it before opening email or WhatsApp
Plan everything else around it, after
A perfect plan with zero progress by noon is just a nice document.
I want to ask all fellow founders on X, what's one lesson you learnt only after losing months?
Mine: Trying to do everything solo and quick. You can't win alone, and it's a marathon not a sprint.
Biggest lesson from my last startup:
A part-time co-founder means a part-time startup.
A startup can't be built as a side hustle. If one of you isn't all in, you're not building a company. You're running a slow experiment.
I built a product in my last startup before talking to customers.
Unless you're in deep tech, sell first and build later.
One person paying you beats 100 people saying "nice idea".
Everyone says: hire for attitude, skills can be taught.
For an early stage startup, I disagree.
You don't have time to teach. You need people who get things done from day one.
Build culture after you've built something people want.
What would you do if a competitor offered you 50 LPA to shut down your startup?
My situation when it came:
1.5 years in, 3 pivots
0 revenue
No VC, 6 months of runway
I said no.
I don't know how this ends. I'm not quitting.
SoH is a receipt. A buyer needs a diagnosis.
That's why we're building physics-informed battery diagnostics at Zylectra to expose internal pack dynamics and forecast true remaining life.
What's the first thing you check when inspecting a used EV?
Buying a used EV? The "92% battery health or SoH" on the dashboard might be the least reliable number in the deal.
Ask these 3 questions instead. Most sellers won't be able to answer the last one π
Question 3: Is internal resistance spiking, and are the cells drifting apart?
Capacity only tells you past loss. Resistance and cell imbalance warn of impending failure, determining if a pack lasts 3 years or 3 months.
Most BMS logs never surface this data.
