Serious advice for Indian Parents. Please stop treating your children like exhibition animals. Like my 8 year old son trades F&O, my 12 year old daughter manages 50L portfolio, my 7 year old kid is an influencer, my toddler started a company etc.
Let kids be kids. Trading, investment, influencing shit etc turn them to freak shows and are damaging to them in the long run. Trading and investments, particularly is a high dopamine affair that can have real consequences on their ability to control impulses, and delay gratification, etc. If a kid believes you can create money by low effort stuff like clicking a button or talking on a camera, hard to unlearn that.
Also, child "prodigy" is a huge burden. It gives them a wrong sense of misplaced validation. And most importantly, prevents kids from having normal childhood. And most of the influencing claims by kids are fake claims by parents. So it makes them a liar before they know what lying even means. They develop confidence issues/ impostor syndrome.
Even if you don't care about the childhood and only care about the outcome, this still fails. Getting genuinely good at anything takes years of being bad at it in private, and a child who is already a public expert has lost permission to be bad. You have traded the thing that produces mastery for the thing that looks like it.
Having said that, this is only about publicity stunts and circuses. Music, chess, competitive maths, sports have produced serious people through early intensity. Tendulkar, Gukesh, Verstappen, Zakir Hussain, Terence Tao - the list goes on. What those fields have that the publicity circus doesn't is external standards the parent can't manufacture. You can't fake an Elo rating or a lap time in a Kart.
So stop. Let kids be kids. Do not create a freak show because that makes you feel better about your unrealized aspirations. If they are good at something real, help them excel at it - because the kid genuinely wants to.

I've been reading up on the Jain community here in the UK, and it's amazing how much a small group can achieve. With only about 40,000 people, they have built incredible charity networks, fund medical research, and have virtually zero crime rates due to their strict vows of non-violence and honesty. They are an absolute credit to our country and a perfect model of successful integration. 🇬🇧 ❤️
@MAGhanmi@iFrhan I was going through lot of comments. Most of it blown out of proportion. He is 81 years old. These videos are edited to suit haters and to spread negativity around this summit. India respects everybody with dignity and respect. God bless you for thinking positively.
This is a tight slap in the face of @PriyankKharge by the Karnataka HC.
Ever since he became Home Minister of Karnataka, he has been deliberately targeting Hindu orgs/activists to prove his loyalty towards "you know who"..
Recently he ordered police to arrest Hindu activist @Mohan_HJS for protesting against clown Kamra and getting his show cancelled...
Excellent work by @Girishbdwj ji.
One of the suggestions I have for our Honourable Chief Minister Joseph Vijay is to consider Singapore like laws on drug dealing and high level corruption.
Singapore awards the death penalty for drug dealing and for high level corruption. They do enforce these laws.
In the Indian context, at the Ministerial level and at the all India services level (IAS, IPS etc) we must:
1. Drastically raise the pay.
2. Any future corruption should attract the death penalty.
Raising the pay is equally important and we should declare an amnesty for past sins so we do not endlessly debate the past.
The courts should enfoce it, after proper review and due process but due process can not mean 30 year delay. Sigapore courts are very efficient and we can learn from them.
I have been an ardent fan of Lee Kuan Yew my entire adult life and I have read every one of his speeches! We must study his approach.
An athlete won't judge you for working out
A millionaire won't judge you for starting a business
A musician won't judge you for trying to sing
It's always the people going nowhere that have something to say
A deeply sad day for India, and for music lovers across the world.
For us, Asha Tai was family. Today, words feel too small for the loss we feel. One moment the heart falls silent, and the next, it drifts through the countless melodies she gifted all of us.
It feels as though time itself has paused. Yet through her eternal songs, she will remain timeless forever.
Thank you, Tai, for filling our lives with warmth, grace, and unforgettable music.
We will miss you beyond words, Asha Tai. 🙏🏻
Most of the asset management companies were predicting NIFTY near 29000 by end of the year.
In an absolutely unrelated phenomenon, most of the drug dealers usually say their shit is the real pure unadulterated shit.
1) We build a bridge worth 40Cr (that's Capex in the economy).
2) It turns out to be defective. So, we spend 1Cr demolishing it (that's Capex for infra improvement).
3) Net addition to GDP 41Cr.
That's the precise problem with the economy.
Great headline numbers.
And, 0 accountability.
People have high hopes from the budget: but, budget simply talks about the allocation of resources.
It doesn't solve fundamental issues of incompetence.

If 1.4 billion Indians treated India the way they treat their own homes - and their mothers - India would look like Switzerland within weeks. The problem isn’t money. It’s mindset.
Europe and India are making history today.
We have concluded the mother of all deals.
We have created a free trade zone of two billion people, with both sides set to benefit.
This is only the beginning.
We will grow our strategic relationship to be even stronger.
Congrats India , Congrats Europe !
Today is Republic day in India. That is always a good reason for celebrations.
But today there is extra reason for the people of India as well as us Europeans to be happy. ❤️
Prime Minister Modi and EU leaders are expected to announce the free trade agreement between India and Europe during the ceremonies in Delhi.
As a block Europe is Indias largest trading partner.
When the US has started weaponizing trade, its so important that Bharat and Europe understand what trade is all about - a tool for mutual cooperation, a tool to provide jobs and prosperity for both Indians and Europeans.
Bravo Europe! Jai Hind!
Equity market is a game of probabilities and possibilities, and not certainty.
For example, it is probable that Market may correct further or bounce back in a few days. It is a highly probable that Indian equity market may double in coming 5-7 years.
