@airindia My AirIndia return flight has gone missing from my mom's itinerary without my knowledge.
I have spent 20+ hours on the calls with the AirIndia support team. On every call the agent says that they will call me back within next x hours. @airindia please check my DM

@airindia @airindia I'm requesting you to reply to my latest message that I had sent earlier this week. This is an issue that air India needs to resolve and not the third party - this is what the air India customer care team has agreed upon on a conference call with the third party agency.
