@WakefitCo It does not help me anyway. You are extending the delivery dates causing me immense disappointment. I cant use the chair properly, I am getting a new one. NEED REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

@SupportWakefit@WakefitCo Purchased an office chair from a Wakefit store, and the height adjustment lever was not working. Shared videos/photos with customer support and the store representative. It's been 15 days since the complaint was raised, and there's still no resolution.

I have had 2 recent bad experiences with your customer services.
I have initiated a return request of a product ordered. It was to be picked by 22nd June, its already 2 days over it and still no update and no return pick up is done. This is very annoying.
It is almost a week after the date he committed the refund would be credited, still no. Tried to connect with customer service people again and they flipped. So I am left with the faulty product and the money is stuck with u guys. Why to commit then?
@SupportWakefit I dont need any more fake commitments from your end, I need the product to be either fixed properly or a new product altogether. This is getting extremely irritating for us to follow up every few days where nothing changes. You guys commit and do nothing to fix the issue raised.
Even called multiple times to drop this request the person mentioned to come and take the router, no one came even after telling we wont have access to the earlier location and cant help after the specific date. Still no use and no solution.

@HathwayBrdband we have been requesting our broadband to be surrendered as we moved to a different loaction where you huys don't give service. I am repeatedly getting bill payment notifications for the next month when we have disconnected the devices.
@SupportWakefit You have no value or your customer nor them keeping patience as suggested by your customer service people. HORRIBLE!
I want the product to replaced or fixed in next 2 days, or I will have to take further actions.

@SupportWakefit Even after waiting for 11 days, still the problem is not resolved. This is highly highly disappointing and worst service by Wakefit. If you guys cannot give proper service to the customer why do you even claim to do so. Pathetic service!!
