@Crompton_India (1/4) I had registered Service Request No CJP25040705285 on 08.04.2025 regarding Crompton Energion Cromair BLDC Fan (under warranty).

The fan was removed and taken by service centre technician on 08.04.2025.

They're saying that the fan will be replaced which is not done yet.

@drmbikaner @DrmAjmer @RailwaySeva As you accepted that the ac wasn't working, then why did the TTE deny the issue GC/EFT certificate which is required for TDR approval. You are requested to issue the certificate or approve the TDR without the certificate.

PNR 2909556507, AC in the coach is not working since the departure. TTE is not issuing GC/EFT certificate which is mandatory for filing TDR. Please instruct TTE to issue the same so that TDR may be filed for refund of fare.

TTE was making false promises that the certificate will be issued at Abu Road station but now he is gone and other staff is denying to issue any certificate.

@MorphyIndia OTG isn't repaired till date. Service centre manager and area service manager both are trying to pass the warranty period by giving different excuses every time. Please take strict action else my last resort will be consumer forum.
