@FlowerFreak3 @MarshaBlackburn Isn't it interesting. That chart shows that every single time Dems were in charge, they brought the deficit down. Every time the GOP was in charge, it burgeoned rapidly. The most rapidly--and the highest--under trump.

@AesPolitics I believe he helped get America moving itself back on track, but we still have a long way to go. I'll be more confident after the midterm election awards him ww/an INCREASE in Dems in the House and Senate. Then he cd put his major agenda items to good use. I am still terrified.

Everyone is indeed entitled to their opinion. But but some are better than others because they are better supported by facts, research (both book and interpersonal), logic, and the basic rules of rationality.

@bigmacmcneely The point about Jesis is that Jesus was used as a cudgel to beat them down. Better if they had left Jesus out of it, but they didn't. Gee I wonder why? Their idea of Jesus gave them permission to destroy them.

@bigmacmcneely ...hadn't destroyed families so they became nonfunctional. What if they treated natives the way Jesus admonished people to do instead of the opposite. What if the colonists had been HUMANE? Do you think the natives could possibly have learned how to govern themselves well?
