3/3 It is deliberate harassment hiding behind so called Govt reqmts . Many have faced similar treatment even me, when I was redeeming Tata Motors Bond. Now they have returned all docs and again sent a mail saying they have not recd docs. They don’t hv any accountability.

2/3 At that time no details were asked for about his title. 35 years later he retired as a R Admiral and used his new rank/title. He had to change his address n title.  With much difficulties, address has just been changed, but name change for rank is going back n forth.

1/3 Writing on behalf of my friend, who is struggling to get his shares registered with TSR Darashaw. Mr O Leary, a retired veteran from Navy had taken 3000 shares in Tata Power decades ago as a Lieutenant and his rank  appears on the share certificates .

Kotak card asst is useless service. Can’t get them to understand a problem related to netbanking access and having called multiple times I am only told it will work in 24 hours. Not worth taking such a card where you can’t get any customer support. Pathetic is all I can say
