Rude behavior from AIRTEL Customer care regarding 5G unlimited INTERNET service. I never expected this type of behavior, if your not able to provide 5G unlimited INTERNET service kindly remove from Package (Rs.838)

Rudely behaviour from customers service from AIRTEL Network.
Despite having a compatible device and an active 5G plan, the network connectivity is either extremely poor or not available at all. This issue has been ongoing for the past few days.

@AmazonHelp We don't have hope for your social media and Amazon support team. Some of the vendors sell very cheaply and damaged products through Amazon so kindly look into that issue and suspend their agreement.
@AmazonHelp First, take strict action against that guy because of his rude behaviour with the customer; if it goes like this, you will almost lose your valuable customer and your business. Finally, we will move towards Flipkart or other services.

@AmazonHelp Replacement is not happening because the request was cancelled by the local Team Leader multiple times (Amazon Office Gadag 582101-Karnataka). The products were received from the Vendor are damaged and packed by using a white plastic cover.
Don't reset the team if the times are extended to another 30 ya 60 seconds. Again it will be difficult to make the team and then join the contests at the last moment.
