@airvistara Your team is unbelievable. I had a flight today at 8pm which was already delayed to 8:20 pm. Despite me being at the boarding counter by 7:30 your team denied me from boarding the flight and put me onto a next flight. On top of that I had to pay additional cost.

I had an important flight to catch and now here I am waiting for the next one only because your team delayed me from an already delayed flight and finally chose to put me onto another one.

Despite requesting your team multiple times to let me onto the a flight that I quite early for. They made me wait at the counter for 20 mins until the boarding counter closed. Your customer service ignored my complaint. Whom do I reach out to for this mishap made by your team ?
