@KimsKottayam Got vaccine from this camp. No certificate no receipt so far. I specifically asked for receipt of the Rs1100 because your staff insisted on cash payment. They told me they will send it via Whatsapp within a day. I understand technical issue for certificate, but why no receipt?

They said they will Whatsapp the same within a day. No receipt no certificate after 6 days. Helpline number they gave that day not asnwering.

@upasanasanghavi @BertyThomas same. I got vaccine the next day, but certificate is not updated in CoWIN portal even after 6 days. It looks like KIMS have not updated my vaccination data in CoWIN. Have you got certificate? KIMS helpline number is switched off.
