I have lost my money so I’ll send everyday one tweet till my refunds get back, I know myntra will not going to provide my refund amount and at least my purchase is that customer and people can understand Myntra policy and avoid to buy fake product in myntra

@myntra @MyntraSupport @MyntraFS Myntra send me fake different and defective product when try to replace and return they denied for return, replace even for refund while they have already completed pickup when time come for refund they denied

And they are telling me that reshipment of that damage product which was I have received in day one. So after 45 plus days have gone without product and without refund without any solution and Myntra customer support pull out their hand completely for support

#myntrascam Myntra provides fake and defective product to customers and when you asked for return they have waisted your time as well money instead of action in my case thay took more the 1 and half months but didn’t provide any solution

Now your customer support also called me and said that please take back your product as we are not going to refund you so is this your refund policy is this your return procedure for customer everything I have provided you based on that you should refund my money instead of excus

I have discussed yesterday to sagar and today Rajni from senior team but even of talking solution they didn’t answer to my question even cut my phone without asking to me

I request you to please check on high priority and proceed for my refund as your customer support and senior executive support also not helpful to get rid of this problem even wasting time and stuck my money on myntra with having any product otherwise I’ll customer foram

After multiple trying to reach your customer support they only provided timeline not solution so currently don’t have product even didn’t get my refund. I am trying for solution since long (18th June 2023) , almost over a month from customer support of Myntra but doesn’t get help

Approval of without quality check at doorstep to customer so after that pickup boy come to place collected the return pickup at the date of 6th July 2023 time around 2pm return ID 4351378478; and Id4351279148, collected the pro from my address but pickup not showing completed yet
