@jagograhakjago @delhivery Being exhausted of this, I tracked down the delhivery warehouse nearby and personally picked the order from there. The delivery agent didnt evwn check my details in the system, he asked my area and immediately knew which parcel i was taking about ! @jagograhakjago @delhivery 4/n

@jagograhakjago @delhivery Luckily the tracking app was showing his location, where he was going outside my area. As i predicted, the delivery agemt contact changed on the app around 8.30 pm. The old number was not reachable and the new number shown on the app did not exist ! @jagograhakjago @delhivery 3/n

@pikndel One of my orders from @Perforaofficial has been with your agents the past 4 to 5 days, in Bangalore. There has been no attempt to deliver it till now but every day status is updated as 'Customer not responding' (Sometimes after trying to deliver to wrong address)

@pikndel i reached your pathetic customer care once, luckily, and was told the parcel will be delivered the next day and that didn't happen as well. When you do not even try delivering a parcel why do your agents mark it as if the customer did not pick the call ?@Perforaofficial

@redBus_in I booked train tickets through your platform and paid for free cancelation as well. Now, when I cancel the tickets you charge me a 'Free Cancelation premium' again !? Why ? 🤯 Why does the app promise a full refund at the time of booking then ?
