For all the hype that CM Revanth Reddy is building around ATCs (ITIs), some DET trainers are not being paid salaries for months.

A Trainer reached out to me sharing his ordeal. He says they were hired through an agency, SVM Solutions, and have not received their salaries since December 2025. It has been over four months now. When they approach the employer, the agency reportedly tells them that the bill is pending with Tata Technologies.

Instructors hired through other agencies are getting paid without any such delays. He mentioned that around 100 instructors working across 65 ATCs through this agency are facing the same issue. He also raised complaints with the concerned govt authorities.

If payments are being cleared for others, why is this particular agency unable to ensure timely salaries - Especially when ATCs are being positioned as a key part of skill development.

వీటిలో శ్రీ వినాయక ఏజెన్సీ గత 4 నెలలుగా మాకు జీతాలు చెల్లించడం లేదు,PF ఇవ్వడం లేదు.ఈ సమస్యపై మేము ఎన్నో సార్లు జెడీ నాగేశ్ గారు, డైరెక్టర్ గారు, ప్రిన్సిపల్ సెక్రటరీ గారు మరియు మంత్రి శ్రీ వివేక్ వెంకటస్వామి గారికి ఫిర్యాదు చేసినప్పటికీ ఇప్పటివరకు ఎలాంటి పరిష్కారం లభించలేదు.

My stance is predated and vindicated by the FSSAI order of October 14th and 15th. Delhi High Court clearly refused to give a stay.
Saying ERZL is the new form of ORSL is a clear violation of the ban order and is misleading those people who still believe ORSL is ORS.
