अश्विनी उपाध्याय जी ने बताया कि कल हरिशंकर जैन जी ने अपनी दलीलें पूरी कर लीं है... इस स्थान पर न प्लेसेज ऑफ़ वर्शिप एक्ट लागू होता है और ना ही वक्फ एक्ट लागू होता है,

मुस्लिम पक्ष ने दलील दी है कि हम यहां 600 साल से नमाज पढ़ते आ रहे हैं !! तो कोई वहां 1000 साल से भी नमाज पढ़ रहा हो तो वह मस्जिद नहीं बनेगा, क्यों कि वह मंदिर था और हमेशा रहेगा, इसलिए वो मस्जिद नहीं है.....!!

इसके आलावा उन्होंने जो उसे वक्फ संपत्ति घोषित करने के डाक्यूमेंट दिए हैं वो भी मंडुआडीह के हैं... जो कि बाबा विश्वनाथ मंदिर से 15 किलोमीटर दूर है. इसके अलावा उसमे जो डाक्यूमेंट दिए गए हैं उसमे देने वाले का नाम भी नहीं है

! अश्वनी उपाध्याय जी ने कहा कि मुस्लिम साइड ने पूरी तरह से, ज्ञानवापी को मस्जिद बताने में फेल हुआ है.... जल्द ही वहां नमाज पढ़ना बंद होगी और पूरे देश भर से हिन्दू लोग आएंगे और पूजा करेंगे.

उन्होंने कहा कि, हम जब मेन्टेनिबिलिटी का मुकदमा ख़त्म कर लेंगे तो मस्जिद की कार्बन डेटिंग की याचिका भी दायर करेंगे...
