Bought a watch on 24th April (Order ID: # 1328668 83241998769901) Raised an invoice complaint on 5th May. For an entire month, I have been promised a resolution in next “24-48 hours”.

At this point, the watch may out of the warranty before I get the invoice needed to register the warranty. What’s the compensation policy for spending a month chasing a PDF & participating in the customer support endurance challenge? @myntra @MyntraSupport

The best part? After escalating it to your grievance email, I finally got a callback where the executive said : “Yes sir, I checked and even I’m not able to download the invoice”.
So after a month, we’ve collectively established that the invoice does not, in fact, exist? @myntra

@bsesdelhi Pls take an action in this context asap. This is really causing a lot inconvenience considering the hot climate. Residents have also submitted a signed application for this, but still no action was taken

@bsesdelhi CA no. 153270193. From last month, we are not getting proper power supply. 80% of the times, there is no power supply in the area. Residents suspect that the transformer is not able to cope up with the load. Power cuts every now and then, takes 2-3 hours to restore

That too only for 5-10 mins, then it again goes away. Sometimes the residents themselves have to treat the transformer to restore the power which is really hazardous. Please look into this asap. I've made tens of complaints during past few weeks but there is no action being taken

Same has been happening since last 4-5 days. This whole thing carries out whole night till 7-8am @bsesdelhi

I live in Jawahar Park, Khanpur area. From last 5-6 days, there is a daily power cut for 10-12 hours. Previously it was at night after 9pm, there was no power till morning. And today it has started from morning itself. Already been 4-5 hours without any power supply.

This goes on daily for 10-12 hours, even more on some days. Everyone in the locality is suffering due to this. What kind of maintenance is being carried for such long duration. Pls fix this asap. It's becoming hell living without power in this burning weather @bsesdelhi

@bsesdelhi I already got that reply from the customer support. I am trying to bring forward the issue that the power cuts again after some minutes. And again customer support gives 2-3 hours timeline for fix. Pls investigate what the actual problem is and fix this issue permanently.

@bsesdelhi Expecting solution to this as early as possible. It's already been 5 days since we are suffering from this daily 12+ hours of powercut
