@Niva_Bupa After a long wait, I finally received an email for claim ref no. 3145063 asking for more documents. This feels like a delay tactic—same documents requested again and again. Replies take 10+ days, only to repeat the same ask. 15 years of association, completely wasted.
@Niva_Bupa My claim (ID: 31219) was rejected despite full docs & prior confirmation of coverage. Ayurvedic treatment was effective and my wife improved. After 15+ years with Niva Bupa, this is disappointing. Request fair review & reimbursement.
