The court pointed out that the story being presented does not appear reliable. Furthermore, the court addressed the claim that she fell from the fourteenth floor; the court asked to look at the face, read the post-mortem report... The court asked—citing Supreme Court rulings—why an inquiry into 'accidental death' is being conducted instead of registering an FIR for gang-rape and murder. The court demanded an explanation for this. Time was granted yesterday and again today, yet they failed to cite any legal precedent; they merely narrated stories... The court has now reserved its judgment and order."
