@SamsungIndia This makes the phone difficult to use and forces customers to either buy a new phone or get it repaired.This seems to be their way of generating revenue.
I am saying NO to SAMSUNG My issue has remained unresolved for months now
@SamsungIndia@all
Please do not fall for this.
Samsung phones have an inbuilt software bug. After the warranty period, software updates introduce issues like additional lines on the screen and reduced camera clarity. .
@gafoorgk@SamsungMobile@SamsungIndia Why should customers pay for YOUR software bug??
This is a KNOWN defect. Hundreds of users across India have the same 2 green lines after updates on Samsung phones.
Stop blaming users for your faulty updates.

@SamsungMobil@SamsungIndia This happened to my Samsung phone RIGHT AFTER a software update.
2 green lines on screen. No drop. No damage.
This is a known defect. I demand *FREE display replacement*.
Stop making customers pay for your software bugs.

@SamsungMobile@SamsungIndia My question: Why should I pay for a SOFTWARE BUG?
This is a known manufacturing/software defect affecting many Samsung users after updates.
I DEMAND a *FREE display replacement*. Donโt make customers pay for your faulty updates.
@SamsungMobile@SamsungIndia Upon software update, 2 vertical green lines appeared on my Samsung phone display.
No physical damage. No drop.
I visited the Samsung service center and called customer support. They said *"free replacement not possible beyond 3 years"*.
