@AmazonHelp No proper response on the delivery and delivery agent also not lifting the phone call and sayong delivery attempted. Customer care also not lifting the call. Call waiting on customer care and no response as well.

@AmazonHelp Yes already chat with them. They are saying it will not be delivered and gave delivery agent contact and they are not lifting the phone from last 2 hours.

@MaxBupa Still stuck in hospital from more than 24 hours because pre approval amount is higher and approval amount was less than half of it. Please help me.@IGN_IN

I am in hospital for long time(6 Hours) without bed.
Waiting for a claim request 391314. Hospital has send revised bill to Max Bupa. But not responding properly and no approval yet.

@MaxBupa @IGN_IN As pre approval amount was higher and after approval was done only half the amount was given. And reduced the approval so less that as a patient we are not able to pay it and still stuck in hospital.

@MaxBupa @IGN_IN Tha approval was done for First Request. Hospital has sent revised bills with request Ids: 6915663, 6918530 to Max Bupa but provided the approval for the same amount without changing it because of that waiting in hospital.
