@JioCare I have been facing an issue with my Jio Fiber connection for the last three days. Despite raising a service request, it has been continuously ignored, and the issue is still unresolved.
Your technical team and customer care team have repeatedly assured me that the issue would be resolved, but they keep giving me false assurances without any action.
@JioCare Dear Priyanka, I am unable to browse the JIO Fibre past 2 week but no resolution so far from JIO. Till time I am not able to generate ticket or no one listening from JIO care to provide the support. Now you informed me that issue has been resolved. Kindly check once again.

@JioCare What is the expected time line to sorted out the issues else I am going to use another service providers Airtel as I feel it's not your control. This issues coming from past 1 week and no one from your team not yet visited.
@JioCare Past one week passed no resolution so far from your end or no any revert from your counter part too. How can I expect you team will looking in to the same. It's patent reply I received from past 1 week.
@TsspdclCorporat In Bachupally when Rain comes we are facing problems with electricity & almost 1 hour of power cutting. since evening frequently disconnects. please do the permanent solution..and everyday 1 or half an hour power cutting regularly. Can you please confirm why ???
