Roads in Mumbai are all dug up, even good ones leaving citizens to face daily brunt of chaos, loss of hours and money on the road. Will @mybmc bother to explain reason for dogging up good roads and @bmcbbsr @CMOMaharashtra ensure they r nt dug up again in few months #mumbairoads
