Over the last 19 days, I have received responses from Durgesh, Sudanshu, Tanushka, Yashoda, Navin, Harshit, Pravin, Siddhesh and Mukesh.
Almost every response conveyed the same message: "Your issue is being looked into." "Your case is under escalation." "We are working on it." "You will receive an update soon."
Unfortunately, after 19 days, the prepaid SIM itself is still not delivered.
The list of representatives has grown longer than the progress on the case.
At this stage, the ₹299 appears to have purchased repeated assurances rather than the telecom service for which payment was collected.

Over these 20+ days, I have received numerous emails, escalations, apologies, assurances, priority tags and requests for phone calls.
The only thing I have not received is the prepaid SIM itself.
A 28-day plan was purchased, yet most of that period has already been consumed while waiting for delivery.
At this stage, it genuinely feels as if customers are paying for a customer-support subscription rather than a telecom service.
Please stop creating new updates every day and provide the service for which payment was accepted.

The issue is not whether a call was attempted. The issue is that the prepaid SIM remains undelivered despite payment, multiple escalations and weeks of follow-up.

जब राज्य सरकार #शहरी_सेवा_शिविर_2026 के माध्यम से लंबित पट्टा प्रकरणों के त्वरित निस्तारण की बात कर रही है, तब लगभग 4 वर्ष पुराने इस प्रकरण में न्याय कब मिलेगा?

This is a prepaid SIM delivery request for which advance payment was already accepted. What exactly is preventing delivery after 15 days? If the issue is being actively worked upon, kindly provide a specific reason for the delay and a definite resolution timeline.
A customer can understand a short delay. What is difficult to understand is how a prepaid SIM remains undelivered for over two weeks despite payment, repeated follow-ups and multiple escalations.
