@AmazonHelp I placed another other, still it’s the same issue: the order is not confirmed but payment made. Are you going to resolve this time or it’s a new process or placing and order and cancelling it. Just to achieve your order target.
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN Because of wrong commitments given by your representative and unable to handle the query rightly, my order was canceled. Now I am forced to make another order with zero fault from my side. There is huge technical problem which is not even considered.
