After 9.5 years of legal struggle, Mumbai High Court (Kolhapur Bench) has granted bail to Dr. Virendra Singh Tawde, Amol Kale & Sharad Kalaskar in Govind Pansare murder case.

Sanatan Sanstha’s spokesperson @AbhayVartak said
“Who will compensate these innocent Hindutvawadis for 9½ years lost behind bars? A gold-medalist ENT surgeon spent nearly a decade in jail due to ideological pressure & delayed justice."

He hailed the verdict as a Diwali gift for Hindu community, adding that “Justice delayed is justice denied.”

This legal battle has achieved half victory through the bail. With God’s grace, we have faith in Goddess of #Justice that these innocent men will soon be completely acquitted.”
