@zomatocare Two restaurants right next to each other. One I can order from and the other says 'no delivery partners nearby'. If I change my location to a point between the two of us, suddenly delivery partners are available. Thanks to Zomato, I haven't ordered from here for weeks

@UC_Assist I paid for a 10am kitchen cleaning appointment. At 9am the guy calls me and says he'll come at 10:30. At 10:45 WHEN I CALL HIM, he says he'll come at 11:30. WTF?! You disable Cash on completion and make us pay in advance and then you do a piss poured job.

To top it all customer care executives who respond like arrogant assholes. Need better ways to mitigate Swiggy abuse
