@Almosafer_UAE I have done an Air India booking thru Tajawal last year, and due to COVID situation, cancelled the ticket and ask for reimbursement. as per air India express ,refund has been done. But still I didn't receive the amount from almosafer.

@FlyWithIX I have cancelled ticket long back and as per air India express, Reimbursement procedure completed. But when I contacted agent, they are saying fund not yet transferred. how can I confirm.
any possibility to get voucher return in case money not transferred? @Almosafer_UAE

I am getting the same answer from December first week, whenever I contact @Almosafer_UAE ,
and as per @FlyWithIX refund done.
