Has to be honestly. I've lost count of the number of anti-people policies of this man. The most recent being his attempt to codify a legislation ensuring the next government sticks with all the evils he's bestowed on Nigerians.

And for those saying the next government can easily change it, make no mistake about it, the best time to stop that legislation is now. We all need to speak up. Knowing the kind of politics Tinubu plays, even if he loses the election he'll still continue his hold on the legislature. If that happens, repealin that law becomes pretty tricky.

As a lawyer I'll tell you why. There is no rule of law and they've become so used to underhand business so they dont want change.

I've had petitions written for murder which the police refused to act until mobilized. And my dear when we talk about mobilization especially with the specialized forces in the police we're talking hundreds of thousands to millions.

They harass your clients as a lawyer because they know the courts are slow. Before you'll be able to file for fundamental rights to get clients out legally weeks may have gone and so they capitalize on it.

You find lawyers licking the asses of policemen and romanticizing then just to get their clients out fast. You lose alot of your clients because they'll rather settle the police and leave immediately than wait for the law to take its cause while waiting behind bars. To be honest, the police is everything I hate about law practice.

The worst of it all is the fact that they almost never get punished. It takes very severe pressure and sometimes luck before you're able to get a judgement against a policeman. For that reason they act with impunity and when the punishment does come its either a fine-which the police as a body will have to pay being vicariously liable- or a demotion if you go through the administrative route.

Its I'm not am. You probably missed that English lesson or attended but didnt comprehend. Secondly, that the SE is landlocked with no access to the ocean is a myth that half wits like you run away with because because you lack the basic sense to do your own research. The SE has no direct coastline of its own but it does have access to the sea 100% and a seaport can be built there

@Telvintim @chisomholic Its quite funny. Some went as far as collecting the bvn of and applying for hundreds of people and asking them for half of the "free government grant" when it drops. Now those people are receiving debits and they're running helter skelter

You lot are desperate. Your desperation of recent reeks to the high heavens. Shows how scared you are of the wave that is coming. You guys are now arresting poor otherwise insignificant citizens all in a bid to strike fear in the mind of the common man.

You arrested an Obi supported, now an Atiku supporter. You used a possibly ignorant man as a scape goat. Soon you'll probably go all out on just about every loud dissenting voice but that'll only make things worse.

The problem is the pseudo intelligent ones amongst you who use your half baked knowledge of history to try and justify the theft of your future and that of your kids. You people think for and make excuses for the thieves at the helm of affairs making life so very easy for them. So instead of being held to account they just sit and laugh while people raise legitimate concerns because one fool somewhere is already trying to defend mediocrity from the bottom of his heart.

The SE does have a state where a seaport can be set up of the govt is serious about it. For those of you who do not know. Before Nnamdi Kanu became radical, a seaport was one of the things he was agitating for. He was merely interested in seeing the SE get an opportunity to compete and only started agitating for separation much later.

Do we talk about the ajaokuta steel project that was supposed to be stationed in Anambra where the raw materials are close but moved to the middle belt simply because the federal govt was trying to deprive the East of such a huge opportunity to progress after the war. FYI every necessary assessment had been done and the French govt had advised that anambra would be the best place the site it. The FG preferred to turn it into the greatest white elephant project in the country instead of giving it the chance to work because the east might be the greatest beneficiaries.

I do place a large share of the blame of SE leaders because they've not been outspoken on these issues enough. We've had such myopic leaders that being an Igbo is almost losing its intrinsic value for me. Only recently has Otti started pressing the topic but to state that its their responsibility to build one is quite embarrassing.

We have humans in nigeria but a good percent cant use the brain God gave them even when information is just a click away. You said governors are responsible for seaports? Have you any idea what the exclusive and concurrent list in the constitution is? 75% of what you said here is bs
