@amazonIN this is related to my recent order which I got used product delivered. I created return request and the pick up agent said it’s failing due to verification, hence I called customer care twice to get it corrected. However till today the problem persists.

@flipkartsupport when ever I try to login with my mobile I get the message ‘login with OTP not available, contact customer care’. When I call customer care I only get automated response. I am not sure if this is the way of solving issues. Can you pls check and resolve?
