@amazonIN this is related to my recent order which I got used product delivered. I created return request and the pick up agent said itโs failing due to verification, hence I called customer care twice to get it corrected. However till today the problem persists.
@flipkartsupport when ever I try to login with my mobile I get the message โlogin with OTP not available, contact customer careโ. When I call customer care I only get automated response. I am not sure if this is the way of solving issues. Can you pls check and resolve?

@boschindia we purchased dishwasher in 2021 and still we are struggling to get the tablets, rinside and salt in time. For that we always needed to contact individual rep for delivering it and it takes his own time to deliver it. Do you have any standard process for it?
