What I’ve understood from this video is that the husband is a chauvinist , who’s ok with parading his wife on Instagram videos yet is not ready to accept her socialising with men. Apparently the salon guy was invited home by the wife as she wanted him helping her wear a modern outfit and make up. The husband is informed and he barged in , the salon guy panics and runs into the bathroom , arguments then follow and the fact that the salon guy was not attacked but the wife was attacked tells us that the incident happened after the chap left the house. The husband then attacks his wife with a sickle , her face is attacked ( typical chauvinist behaviour , just like how the jilted lovers throw acid on the face of their partner ). The chauvinist husband feels the wife’s face is the reason men got attracted and it should be destroyed. The poor kid who is witness to all of this is then used as a conduit to attract empathy by sharing a video along with him . The kid is then said to have been dumped at the grand parents’ place and the man was later apprehended by the police.

One side of the story alone circulated along with the videos of the chauvinist husband while the entire media and social media eco system blamed the wife , without even knowing her side of the story. And why ? Because the society lacks critical thinking - we are a bunch of emotional bums.

Remember a woman committed suicide because social media went ballistic on her alleged carelessness by letting her kid fall from the balcony of a high rise apartment , the kid was saved but the harrassed women went into depression and took her life. Society will never learn.
